Young Applicants

When our newly hired staff arrive, they begin an induction programme that teaches them about the Group's history, its corporate culture and business, the shipping industry, and the roles of different players in the container transport chain.

During this special integration period, new employees are able to quickly make their first connections within the company. We wish to facilitate the exchange of ideas and to help them build an internal network of relationships in order to make their integration period successful.
